The great outdoors surrounding Notre-Dame-du-Nord is inviting. There are several kilometres of hiking trails along the river and lake, as well as canoeing and kayaking routes for paddling enthusiasts. The many waterways surrounding Rémigny and Angliers are ideal destinations for fishing and boating. Visitors are welcome to stop in at the nature interpretation centre and three museums to learn more about the history of the Témiscamingue area.
