Regional Attractions

Tourist attractions have a way of intriguing, captivating and amusing tourists. The Temiskaming Shores area is home to several indoor and outdoor attractions, such as the Cobalt Mining Museum, Heritage Silver Trails and the Colonial Adit Underground Mine Tour, that preserve the history of our region. Visiting these historical sites may enlighten you to some of the past realities lived by the pioneers of our area as well as provoke feelings of astonishment, happiness or enjoyment, ultimately leaving you wanting more. Our northern community is also very child-friendly as we have many parks, beautiful beaches, a mini-putt and many family restaurants. A day visiting the attractions that interest you is a day well spent in the region of Temiskaming Shores.
